Tshirts and Sweatshirt
Annie Get Your Gun tshirts and sweatshirts will be tan. Our sweatshirts are hoodies and only come in adult sizes. The color, show logo will be on the back along with the names of all the kids in our cast and crew.
Help Needed This Saturday!
You may have heard that the generous donation of the Fruit Valley warehouse is ending. In response to this Journey has leased the space next to our Main Storage warehouse. We are going to need to move the items from Fruit Valley - 1900 W 39th Street - to this new space....prior to April first. I am proposing that we do this next weekend, March 30th at 9:00. If we all show up with trucks, trailers and such, I believe we can do this in one day. I know this is not the most convenient. My apologies. Please let me know if you are able to help. I think it will be nice to have everything in one place. We also have a build space available in our complex. Annie Get Your Gun Cast and Crew List!
Great weekend of auditions and callbacks everyone! If you skip down and read the cast and crew list be sure and come back and read the details in these first paragraphs! There are lots of groups so read carefully.
Our first rehearsal is Friday, 4/12 from 5:00 – 9:00 at Lifepoint Church. ALL cast and crew are called. Crew will be dismissed at 6:30. We will be taking program photos at this rehearsal so come looking your best in a solid, dark shirt/blouse. Also, bring a three ring binder for handouts, a pencil, a water bottle and a dinner or snack. Please wear shoes suitable for dancing and make sure your clothing meets the Journey dress code.

Friday the 12th is also our first parent meeting. This is a REQUIRED meeting for cast parents. Crew parents are welcome and if you are new, you will find it very helpful. Our meeting is also at Lifepoint and will be from 6:30 – 9:00.
We will be checking out scripts to cast members who need them. Please be prepared to make a $25 deposit for a script. We also hope to be checking out rehearsal CD’s at the first rehearsal as well. The deposit for a rehearsal CD is $5 and EVERYONE needs to get one.

Auditions for Annie Get Your Gun will be held on Friday, March 22nd from 4:00 - 7:00 at Lifepoint Church, 305 NE 192nd Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98684. You may enter the front doors as we are auditioning in the Worship Center (Sanctuary) this session.
Auditions are open. Students under 12 staying to watch auditions must be accompanied by a parent. All students must sit in the auditorium to watch and support auditioneers or leave after their audition. Lingering in the lobby creates a noise level that is disruptive to auditions.
There is not a piano available at our audition site. Please be prepared with a CD or MP3 of your audition music with no back up vocals. (Questions ~ please call Fredia at 360-713-7020).

The callback list will be posted on the Vancouver East Callboard late Friday night. Please read the list carefully, noting the time you are called. Letter Writing Campaign
Our office will email all families who have received a donation, and the total amount of their donations, the week of April 15th. The deadline for donations is April 20th.
Letter Writing Participation Prizes will be distributed at classes the week of April 8th. Our Grand Prize Drawing takes place on Saturday, May 4th, at our Season Announcement Dessert. 7 p.m. at the Northwest Baptist Convention Center in Vancouver.
